Your rights and our commitment to a fair, transparent returns process

At Xefralexzex (operated by Alti Futura), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy is provided in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven, 2014) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing from our website, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal. We will not charge any penalty for doing so.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear, unambiguous statement before the 14-day deadline. You may do so by:

You may use the following model withdrawal statement (not mandatory):

3. Return of Products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your withdrawal decision.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless the product is defective or we have made an error with your order.

4. Condition of Returned Products

To receive a full refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition
  • The original tamper-evident seal must remain intact and unbroken
  • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and complete
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning

Important: In accordance with § 22 of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery if they are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This applies to opened food supplement products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days of the day on which we receive the returned products, or earlier where possible.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any fee for issuing the refund.

Refunds cover the full product price plus the standard delivery costs for the original shipment. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. In such cases:

  • We will arrange collection of the defective product at no cost to you
  • We will offer you a replacement product or a full refund, at your preference
  • Your statutory rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) remain unaffected

Under Norwegian law, you have a minimum 2-year guarantee period for defective goods from the date of delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food supplement products where the tamper-evident hygiene seal has been broken (unless defective)
  • Products that show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or are missing components

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
