4. Orders and Contract Formation

By submitting an order form on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products. A binding contract between you and us is formed only upon our written order confirmation, which we will send to the email address you provided.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include Norwegian VAT (MVA) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within Norway. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Returns)

As a consumer resident in Norway or the EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery where the seal has been broken for health protection or hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

8. Warranties and Product Quality

We warrant that all products are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose (as a food supplement for general well-being), and comply with applicable EU and Norwegian food supplement regulations. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Under the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act (Kjøpsloven) and the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you may have additional statutory rights regarding defective goods, which these Terms do not seek to limit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Norwegian law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by law.
